Larry Baldock

Party Leader

Is married to Barbara for 31 years, with 3 children and 3 grandchildren. They spent 20 years working as volunteers in an International Mission Agency (YWAM) with 15 years experience in the Philippines. There Larry was the National Director overseeing  200 staff operating in 17 locations.  He was a former Tauranga City Councillor 2001-2002 and a Member of Parliament 2002-2005 with United Future.

Simonne Dyer

Deputy Party Leader

Is married to Bob for 20 years with 8 adult children and 23 grandchildren between them. She was the CEO of the hospital ship, Anastasis, for 10 years and in senior management of the ship for the previous 5 years. During this time Simonne was decorated by the Government of the Ivory Coast and was on the board of several international organisations. Since returning to NZ in 1999, Simonne has set up a relief and development trust working in East Timor, has been involved in community counseling, and works with Bob in their health and nutrition business. She is also a Board member of Te Herenga Waka O Orewa.

Gordon Copeland

Party President

A Wellingtonian married to Anne for 46 years with five adult children and nine grandchildren. MP from 2002 until 2007 with United Future when he resigned to establish the Kiwi Party. Served as an Independent MP until the 2008 elections. Former Chief Finance officer, British Petroleum New Zealand, former Director New Zealand Refining Company Ltd, Business Consultant, self employed 1980-1984, Financial Administrator Catholic Archdiocese of Wellington 1984-2002.

Kevin Stitt

Party Secretary

Is a former RNZAF Aeronautical Engineer. Owned and operated small business in the Waikato. Volunteer worker with children and youth for the past 25 years. He now lives in Mangere and is happily married to Chris for 36 years. They have five children and ten grandchildren. Kevin was Chairman of the Board of Governors for Manukau Intermediate School from 1987 to 1996 and on the Board of Onehunga High School for several years.

Simon Barnett

Is 40 years old with 4 daughters ranging in age from 7-14yrs and married to the perfect woman Jodi for 16yrs. He has been involved in Radio & TV for 23yrs, presently hosting the More FM breakfast show with Gary McCormack in Ch-Ch and Nelson. On TV Simon has hosted What Now, Wheel Of Fortune, Face The Music, Clash Of The Codes, Telebingo, Grand Champion Olympic Challenge and was a guest on Celebrity Treasure Island in Fiji. In recent months he was the host of TV 's Stars in your Eyes talent show.

Andrew Beaven

Is married to Kay for 22 years, has three children and lives in Christchurch.  He is presently the Director of a number of companies covering property, finance, serviced offices, software development and marketing.  Andrew has worked widely in the energy supplier field and was the inaugural chairman for Heart Children New Zealand Incorporated.

Brian Dobbs

Is married for 25 years to Andrea and they have 3 children and 1 grandchild. He is involved in agra-business, property and developments. Brian holds a number of directorships and trusteeships in Hamilton community trust boards and private training institutions.

Robyn Jackson

Is a company director, works in the natural health field and is married to Bert. They have 5 grown children in a blended family. She is a spokesperson for Voice Waikato a lobby group in Hamilton and stood for United Future at the last election.

Simon Kan

Born and raised in mainland China, Simon moved to New Zealand 20+ years ago. Simon is an astute businessman with wide and respected connections within the Chinese community. As an immigrant, Simon has a particular passion to serve minority groups in our land, and as such is our Vice President for Minorities.

Jesse Misa

Is originally from the Philippines and having received his citizenship has been living in New Zealand since 1991. He is a ship's captain by profession and has been involved with a Christian Maritime Humanitarian Organisation for 17 years serving as the International Co-Director. He is married to Princess with two children and resides in Tauranga.

Arna Mountain

Is married to Peter, involved in their family business after 20 years home-schooling her 5 children and being a homemaker. She has been involved in on-going political action and lobbying in her local Whangaparoa area, beginning with a successful campaign opposing proposed liberal bylaws for brothels in the Rodney District.

Frank Naea

Has served in Youth With A Mission for the past 25 years and was NZ & Pacific Director 1993-2000 and International President 2000 – 2003. He now works with Sam Chapman on the AWHI Foundation in Otara which is a community development initiative focusing on capacity building of whanau groups throughout NZ and the Pacific. Frank has been married to Sonia for 30 years and they have two children.
